Terms of use

Last updated 14 September 2026

These terms govern your use of network.foundry.health (the site), which is operated by Foundry Health Pty Ltd (Foundry Health, we, us). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What the site is

The site describes The Network, a professional community and expert network convened by Foundry Health, and lets you express interest in joining or make a client enquiry. Expressing interest does not make you a member and does not create any employment, partnership, agency or contractor relationship. Membership, and any paid contribution to client work, will be governed by separate terms that we will give you before your first request.

Not advice

Content on the site is general information about The Network and Foundry Health. It is not clinical, legal, financial or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

Third-party services

Expressions of interest and enquiries are collected through Microsoft Forms, which Microsoft provides under its own terms and privacy statement. Links to LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other services open those services under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Your information

We handle personal information under our Privacy and collection notice, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The content of the site, including text, design and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Foundry Health. You may share links to the site and view or print its pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, adapt or distribute the content without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You must not:

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate but provide it as is, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may change these terms from time to time. The current version is the one published on the site, with its date shown above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
