For investors, operators, governments and founders
Verified clinicians and operators, on the questions that matter to you.
We are building the largest and most informed expert network in healthcare. The Network gives you people who have run the services, treated the patients and set the rules behind your question, verified against registration and career history, matched on what they have actually done, and engaged as part of your team.
Convened by Foundry Health. A clinician-led healthcare strategy and investment advisory firm since 2020, with teams across the Asia Pacific, North America and the UK.
Tell us the decision behind the question. We scope the right people and come back to you

What we do
What clients commission through the communityInform policy and funding decisions
Clinicians and operators bring first-hand experience to submissions, consultations and reviews, so what has moved on the ground reaches the people who set the rules
Develop innovative corporate and service strategies
Former executives, clinicians and directors work with boards and leadership teams on service mix, workforce, growth and new operating models
Qualify clinical, operational and commercial assumptions
Members test the assumptions behind an investment, merger or expansion alongside a Foundry diligence team, from referral patterns to unit economics
Test value propositions and build practical toolkits
Working groups pressure-test new products and services with the people who would use them, and write the playbooks, benchmarks and trackers the sector asks for
How it works
Three steps from question to people. Foundry scopes and quotes before any work starts.
Tell us the decision behind the question, the settings it touches and when you need to move. A short call or a paragraph is enough to start.
We scope the roles and career histories that bear on it and put the proposed people to you. Conflicts are already registered, and nothing reaches a member until you approve the panel.
Calls, surveys, working groups or a member alongside a Foundry project team. Findings come back as part of your team’s work, in the form the decision needs.
Who you can reach
Clinicians, operators and executives from across healthcare, at every career stage and in every market we work in. Every member is verified against registration and career history before they are matched to a question.

Questions we get asked
How are members verified?
Foundry clinicians and former operators confirm each member's roles and registration against their career history before they can be matched to a question. Conflicts are registered at sign-up, so no one is routed a request about their own employer or a direct competitor.
How are people matched to our question?
On what they have actually done, not on a keyword. We ask for the decision behind the question, scope the roles and settings that bear on it, and put the proposed people to you before anyone is briefed.
How is confidentiality handled?
Nothing about your question reaches a member until they accept a specific request, and confidentiality terms are agreed before anyone is briefed. Calls are recorded only with consent from everyone on them.
How is pricing set?
Foundry scopes each engagement and quotes before work starts. Members are paid for their contributions at a rate set with the community, so the people you speak to are engaged as part of the team, not as a favour.
Can we engage Foundry's own team as well?
Yes. Members often work alongside a Foundry project team on diligence, strategy and board work. Tell us the shape of the problem and we will propose the right mix.
Which regions do you cover?
Our focus is Australia, New Zealand and the wider Asia Pacific, the US and Canada, and the United Kingdom, with members joining from elsewhere. If a question needs a profile we do not yet have in the community, we say so.
